password lost

i let a friend use my smooth for a week and she returned it with her account now on it, AND PASSWORD. Now, i am trying to use my phone because my krazer was stolen and the smooth needs the password of my friend in order to make the switch......HELP!!! My friend has since MOVED ......................

Just use the last 4 digits of her phone number as the code, then change it back to yours

try this to reset your phone..2. 1st Make Full Eprom Reset *2767*3855#
After Rebooting Mobile.
3. Type *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# then power OFF phone & Restart again
4. Type #7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone) then power OFF phone & restart again
