I was having problems with spamware and ended up having to contact symtech and they resolved that problem but recently I wanted to print something from my documents and wasn't able to print it. I was wondering if in the process that they might of disingaged something so that I wasn't able to print anything from my files...on the bottom of my screen it shows discussions and then a number of symbols and at the end it has a screen with an o with an / thru it and then says disussiion not available on http://www.fixya.com/ can you please help me.
