There's a few reasons your PC is giving you this message. If you're running too many programs at once it may be using too much virtual memory from what you have. Increasing your RAM on your PC really helps that problem too. If you change the minimum size of virtual memory available that can help. Go to: Control Pannel, System, Advanced system settings, on advanced tab under performance click settings, click the advanced tab and from there you can make the apropriate system changes for the programs you regularly run and what programs may need more virtual memory during usage.
