To restore to factory settings you no need any codes.
Please follow the below steps to restore your mobile to factory settings
Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings
When you select this,It will ask for security code.The default security code for nokia mobile is 12345.If you have changed the security code then type that code.
It takes several seconds to bring it to factory settings.
