The issue is from settings , in fact from modes..the camera is set in a low light mode..and in normal conditions makes pictures very bright ..so ..if it has separate button for modes..just put it back to normal ...or if it is a fully digital menu ..look for modes..and adjust in normal ..or after case in sunny or other setting is available ...or ..just look in the main menu and rest all settings to the factory defaults ..

try in th egeneral settings to look for reset .settings ..cause this will reset it to the factory settings ..than ..if this will not fix it ..or if you do not have a general reset ..in the camera menu ..look for modes...there has to be something either called modes..(sunny ..cloud ..indoor outdoor..etc ..and normal) or by icons....put in the icon that shown both cloud and sun ..
