The fax machine needs to be reset. Simply shut off the machine, wait one minute, and turn on machine & fax. If turning off the machine does not clear your machine then you have to unplug the machine & follow the same procedures. Worked for me.

The piece of junk stops after two - five pages and says fax failed. Error Code 350
keep getting fax error 344 ..sending and receiving..any idea the cause or how to fix? When I plug a telephone intot he line it works fine.

this is not a solution, ever time I have to unplug my fax machine I lose all the programmed phone numbers. This is the WORST fax machine we have ever owned.
