do you mean error code E002-000?
If thats the case, follow the procedure:
press*
press2
press8
press*
select COPIER
select FUNCTION
select CLEAR
select ERR
select OK
turn off and on
If these doesnt resett your machine, you need to change fixing heater ceramics.
