I had a full memory

Question

I had a full memory card. I transferred the pictures to my laptop and then deleted the originals (I dragged them to the trash from camera to computer)

I turned on my camera and it still says memory full. There are no files on the camera. 

Please can you help?

OK, you could try try to format your card, rather than deleting the photos on the card, let me know if this doesn't work.
