With the tv on and sky off, press red button & select together, remote blinks twice.press tv then standby repeat this action until the tv turns off. when it goes off press select. press standby again and tv should start. your sky remote should then work perfect. as a tip with tv on and sky off press tv then back up this should then go to the freeview setup and you can watch those as well for free
