Adobe Application Manager returns an "update failed" message in CS5 Web Premium. A manual download update file works OK. Obviously something wrong with the Application Manager. It isn't a element that can be uninstalled so is the solution to simply install over the top using one of the install files that seem to be available? Regards Jim

Go to device manager and uninstall everything under the USB heading and restart your computer. This should reinstall all the drivers and hopefully reinstall your mouse. You may need to rerun the driver you downloaded for the mouse afterwards.

My next suggestion your be to try the mouse on another computer to make sure it is not defective.

SOURCE: I can not play audio files

In the windows media player go to > now playing - more options - devices - speakers then changed the audio device to use your soundcard.

Also, uninstall any other players, they usually interfere with each other.

Hello.

Seems that for some reson pdf files are assigned to your microsoft paint instead of acrobat reader.

Try this....

Find an already existing pdf file somewhere on your computer and right click on it and chose properties,
A box will come up where you now click the button that reads "Change".

A list of programs will appear where you now chose acrobat reader.

That should do it.
