I would suspect it's the Ram. Shut down the computer, open the case and check the ram, first reseat it/them and boot the system again. If you still hear the same sound, you better replace the ram. If there are multiple rams, try one after another everytime you boot the computer.
If it's not the Ram then must be the Bios or the Graphics card is bad.

It seems that you are experiencing a hardware problem. Machines do mess up sometimes. The problem that you have there is with the RAM. Try reseting the RAM in your computer.
