I have the error code C-2251 on my bizhub C351

It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.

C2652 Magenta Imaging Unit EEPROM access erro. you need to:
1. check if EErpom of Magenta Unit is not dirty. if it is, clean it.
Else, replace the Unit image.

1) Press "Utility-User Setting-Language Selection
2) Go to service mode System 1 - Marketing Area - US
You have to do both

I resolve the same problem by restart (power off power on) the switch with pluged Bizhub C360.
