Hello, I have problem with Sony MP3 player NWZ B135F.
When I turn on this player, on the screen is sony walkman sign.
No digit works, and walkman can not turn off. Just when I push reset button, walkman turnes off. Computer not recognazed it. Sorry for my poor english, and thank you for solution.

Try flashing the firmware of your mp3 player. Also press rest button while its connected to the computer for the driver to be reinstalled. hope this help.
