I HAVE GT-E2550 CELFONE. Today When I switch off the mobile and then switch on. it's want password for phone lock. this is first time swict off. no password i have set. but i don't know what is the password. please help me now.

-Scroll to Settings, press 'Select'
-Scroll to Master reset, press 'Select'
-Scroll to All, press the Centre key
-Press 'Reset'
-Press 'Yes'
-Enter the security code (default 00000000), press 'OK'
If you changed your default security code on your Samsung E2550, you have to ask the manufacturer for help.

Wow that's very impresive cost for an unlock code, no problem you can buy samsung GT-E2550 unlock code from third party sites, they sell samsung unlock code for many network origin and of course with lower cost rather than buy from network provider.
