THese are lovely questions because the phone either doesn't ring because the ringer is off/broken, or it's in a port not programmed to ring. The first is easy. Swap a different phone into the same location ad if it rings, you have a bad ringer.
The second issue, means that you have access to and know system programming to allow Station Ring Assignments. That's beyond the scope of a free forum. to even suggest how to program, but you mgiht start with the manual if that's your problem.
