Sc 320 is the laser error. the polygon mirror motor is faulty in laser unit and it can only be solved by replacing the polygon mirror motor. there is no other solution.

Yes this is a Polygon Mirror motor error it is reasonably common in the Lanier digitals. The mirror motor can be ordered separtetly to the laser unit.

Polygon mirror motor error/lock. Unplug the copier. Wait 20 seconds. Plug it back in. See if that makes it go away.
Otherwise you should get a hold of a service technician but getting parts for a 250 is very tough. It could be the polygon motor, the power supply, a cable, or a board. It will take some time to troubleshoot.
