Cannot set it. - 773ea72.jpgImage shows Deihl timer >> notice that segments located at top of timer are moved inward. This is how you set on-off times. Segments pushed in cause timer to turn ON. Segments out, then timer is OFF. Each segment represents 15 minutes, so for 2 hours, you move 8 consecutive segments. To set current time, rotate dial until current time lines up with arrow..

If timer is not rotating, then it is not wired correctly, or it does not have power, or timer has gone bad.
