I have my WD hooked up to a port on my laptop, it was working fine, now, when I try to open the drive I get an I/O error message, what is this/how do I fix this
Whenever I hook up my 500gb MyBook Home Edition to either my laptop or desktop, I get the same I/O error message. I have read other places that my drive is beyond repair. Please tell me this isn't so. Help!
