Actually, i prefer that you download a software called DriverMax, and register with them. Then simply click Updates and Identification. It will identify your devices and update/install the drivers. You can also do a backup of the entire drivers list when you get all working, and put it on a flash drive of something, so next time it would just be to install DriverMax and reload the drivers.
