I have a problem, when i switch on the UPS, the red "X" comes on, the first and third battery LED stays on. I opened the unit, (out of warrantee) and on the Control Panel there is a red led flashing, LED18 to be precise. What can be the problem? It is not the batteries as i swopped them out with another units batteries. and this ones batteries are working fine in the other unit. Thanks
