Program remote We hooked the TV up last night to DirectTV receiver....we can't get the DirectTV remote to program so we can use one remote to turn television off and adjust volume. Any suggestions? I was able to clear the codes previously in the remote for our old television, but now the remote won't do anything except turn the channel. When we try to program thorugh DirectTv instructions, it comes up, remote not yet programmed and won't let us go any further. Thanks
