Paper jam is of two types.1.while spolling half paper will come out tom tray.remain jammed in rollers.This can solve by switching the printer power off and remove toner catridge from printer.Then power on the printer.lift the top rollers cover and reset as it is.The paper will come out without any difficult.2.Paper jam inside the toner catridge by rolling itself to drum.Switch off the printer power.Remove toner catridge from priter.Unscrew the toner catridge cover screws.remove drum from toner catridge .Utmost care should be taken while removing jammed paper from drum.Reassemble as it is and set.
