keep clicking the numbers directed to lead you to "unblocking phone"
type in mobile number
then when it asks for your 4 digit code..
type the 4 digit code rong 2/3 times it automaticly
goes to customer services
they ask for name to confirm its you and then they send you a text or they tell u then an there) make sure you have a pen with you as you dont want to forget it again :)
as a 14 year old i had to find this out for myself as the box my phone came in
(sony erricson k880i) had no information about how to actualy call up customer services to talk to them, it only told u aload of 3 digit numbers to dial for pacific reasons and then eventualy i stumbled accross this method. it take sum time for a little code but it does get the job done.
