I can't format and i can't make partition and i can't excange ant thing on hard disk I make partition and format and use program PartitionMagic 8.0 and fdisk and outher programs after uses all this program make restart my computer after all thies return to all all my data to my hard disk as son as the last time

How is it formatted now? NTFS, FAT32? You cannot use old programs to change newer formats.
