i can't format and i

Question

i can't format and i can't make partition and i can't excange ant thing on hard disk 

I make partition and format and use program PartitionMagic 8.0 and fdisk and outher programs
after  uses all this program  make restart my computer after all thies return to  all all  my data to my hard disk as son as the last time

Are you sure you committed to change. Most programs don't make change till last step.
How is it formatted now? NTFS, FAT32? You cannot use old programs to change newer formats.

In windows, right click on drive letter, choose format.
