Thread will not loop

I am not sure what the problem is but the threads will not loop to form the ovrlocking stitch. I think the problem started after letting down the knife, only that it was not correctly in it's position. It may have move a part out of place, but this is only a guess.

    Can I retime this myself, if so how, or do I have to have it done professionally.

    The threads are breaking and will not loop to form the overlocking stitch. Tried adjusting tension and re threading several times

The timing of one of the loopers seems to be wrong. Have it retimed and you should be ok
