The large ones are your descaling tablets. they go in your water container when the machine tells you to put them in there. Your small tablets are brew unit cleaning tablets. they go in to the flap door under the ground coffee storage container in the top left of the machine. One cleaning tablet at a time when it tells to to start cleaning. Two descaling tablets at a time during descaling.
