Where is the reset button on the Optimus electric heater model h-7318?

On the back of the heater, remove the element connection cover ( 3 philips screws). A white wire from terminal goes into a white sleeve and turns in to red wire. Under this sleeve is a special fuse, TCO (Thermo Cutoff) that has that has blown.SEFUSE, SF110Y, 15a
