How do I put my foneGear FG900-P in pairing mode. I've tried holding the ON button until I get blue and red flashing, but, it stays in blue flashing mode.

try holding down the button 'til it flashes once then continue holding 'til you get the solid light.

Taken from another headset fix here at fixya - worked for me w/VBT2050 Mar 09, 2009- had the same issue...but i never got any notification that something was wrong or needed to be repaired...holding the volume up and down and call answers buttons all at the same time works!! Wait til the light is on constantly...and then follow the bluetooth menu on ur phone. Awesome fix!-

sounds like its already connected to the iphone but it won't establish them. Delete the pairing from the phone then repeat the process.

i actually got this to work with my iphone 3G S. i pressed the little black button then saw a blue light flash, and then i pressed and held the + volume button and the call control button until it started blinking blue and red and my iphone picked it up instantly. it did take a couple of times to get the headset to go into pairing though

Hi,
1.First switch on the bluetooth in mobile phone.Keep the headset switched off.
2.Now press the call button for 2 seconds if you are paring this headset for first time,If this head set is aired already with another mobile press for 8 seconds until the headset status indicator begins to flash blue then red
3.Now search the bluetooth by your mobile device.It detects and you can pair it
