What is the purpose of the removeable pan under the refrigerator, do I have to empty it regularlary, as it is fitted behind a difficult to remove front vent plate and skirting board. I have only just discovered it.
How do you remove the front vent plate to access the tray.

They tray is for in case the freezer builds up to much frost and you need to unplug it to defrost it. There is a tube that runs down to the tray where the water drains into. After defrosting you can dump the tray when it accumulates water.
