The book says that this is a 13V trouble error. I've never had this but the book says to reset the error by going into service mode. I would only do this once because there is something wrong with the copier that needs to be fixed. That could be the connector of the relay PCB, the IH power supply, the fixing hermoswitch, or the fixing unit. You get inot service mode by pressing the additional function key, then press the 2 & 8 keys at the same time, then the additional function key again. Then copier, function, clear, err, then OK. This clears the error code from the copier. Then power cycle the copier and the copier should be operational. If this doesn't work then you will have to have a technician fix it. DO NOT keep resetting the code. There is something wrong with the copier that needs to be taken care before major damage is done to the copier. Good Luck
