Open ur computer case and if u r using a sata harddrive try unplugging it from the motherboard and then again plugging it.it will work.i also had the sme problem and i solved it in this way

WHat happened between when it did work & the error?
Sorry - you had listed it was a Packard Bell iMedia SL 9553 (P660401806).
It would help though to have the OS verson and the acual load error.....
