This unit is having a power problem irrespective of the red light turning on. it might have worked fine in the past, but that's electronics for you. Power surge, irregular power supply, excess power supply, etc can affect the unit thereby not making it to power on.
This unit must have a power supply board in it where power enters from the mains. A capacitor, fuse, diode, etc may have been defective on the power board and maybe that's why its not making the unit turn on. There might also be some disconnection or something, inside the unit which is not making it to power on.
To actually find out what's wrong, you need to disassemble the unit with a screw driver and check what's wrong. You will be needing a meter in order to test the components on the power board, once you detect any bad component, you can make necessary replacement at any electronics accessories store withing our vicinity. This is the only way by which you can detect the problem.
Of course, testing the power board with a meter will require someone that has the ability. So it you can't, then you might be needing the help of a repairman or you can call a friend that has the ability to help you out.

For that you need to open it's cover then reconnect RAM memory and thinclient card to chip set.
Then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or del or ALt+F2 to enter in bios then set first boot device as network.
Then save settings and check.Also make sure ethernet lan cable connected properly to it.

I opened the cover and checked the memory and other connections. Everything looks fine. The power comes on when the unit is plugged in. The power indicator light comes on red and stays red - never turns green. There isn't a power switch on the unit, only a button that seems to be a reset. No signal is going to the monitor. Pressing F1, F2, DEL, or Alt-F2 as soon as the unit is plugged in does not appear to do anything.
I had the Capio 608 at the install site last week and got the same results - no splash screen or video output of any kind, power light came on red and never turned green. At that time the unit was hooked to the network. I have the unit in my shop now. I thought I could at least get into the BIOS and see some sort of screen output.
I freely admit that I know very little about this type of equipment. I suppose it is possible that this unit is bad as well, although I was assured that it was in working order.
