Echo while talking on phone

I have a UIP 160P digtal phone with a built in router, i hear a echo of my voice while talking to someone. Just got it recently from Packet8 internet phone service. Please help me.

BT Studio 3500 + answer machine with similar problem. I hear an echo of my voice when either making or receiving a call. Help
