Iphone Network Connection Problem

Hi,
I live in Portugal and I purchased through ebay from the states an unlocked 8Gigs Iphone.First 2 weeks I was in heaven and then i started to decend to hell ...

First the iphone started to turn on and off randomly.
The, as annoying as can be this continously on and off, it started to freez on me.
The Wifi problems started to appear. The iphone would detect wifi networks but would not access them. I was always getting the Cannot Join Network info, then one day Wifi purely dissapeared from the Iphone. When i went to settings/about..the wifi address was stated as N/A.
I have already restored the iphone with Ziphone(both previous and latest version) ; Liberty+ and have tried with winpwn but the problem still persists, but at least now it's not randomly turning on and off and the freezing is much less frequent, BUT...I still have absolutely No Access to any wifi .
According to my iphone info, this is what I have :
Version: 1.1.4(4A102)
Model :FA712LL
wifi Address: 00:1F:5B:4C:35:2D
Modem Firmware : 04.04.05_G

What in GOD'S name can I do in orderf to make my Iphone wrok properly as it did in the first 2 months. Restore the Wifi connection to it's full capability...Right now I have a very expensive brick for a cell phone...

Can you Please help Me.

Considering the advertisement and some of the comments I've seen posted, I've got to admit i'm a bot astonished by the "potential" solution... Take it to a repair shop?

I think even I could come up with that one without having to resort to to this site....

Iphones are not available in every country in Europe... 3G versions come out this comming July 11, so whom ever has iphones before this date in Europe, either live in a country where the iphone is available of has purchased one that has been unlocked by a third party...

As stated in my post, Ziphone ; Liberty+ & Winpwn have been the programs I've attempted to use. The only result I've been able to obtain is the fact that the iphone seems to have stopped the annoying ramdom turning on and off and also the freezing has stopped (at least for now) and this was when I ran the Ziphone program.

The lack of access to Wifi is a problem that still persists...

So the issue remains...How can I circumvent this issue?

Do these softwares that everyone uses, in some manner damage the iphone's software ?

I've also read in other places that this may be a baseband problem and that by rebooting the iphone and "flashing" the baseband this will solve my problem and even return iphone to it very original status even before any unlocking had been attempted.

So, since you guys are the experts...is this even remotely true?

If so How do I go about doing this. Same place where I saw this explanation was recommending winpwn for this...I tried it simply by following the program steps, but I had no tutorial available, maybe I've done something wrong when running this program and that's why it didn't work...dunno...

    You guys tell me !

    Shivam4529,

Thank you for your proposed solution.

The computer I am currently on has some restriction so I cannot fully see the contents of your proposed solution.

Later on this day I will access from home and fully view your response and if I have any doubts i'll place them to you and afterwards try your solution to see if it works.

Thankxs a lot for your input.

Take it to repair shop and have firmware reinstalled with proper version for your country and networks

It is likely that the freezing and turning on and off it is not due to a firmware problem. The phone may also be faulty, this things often happen on Ebay items.
See how many problems you can fix by reinstalling firmware, at least the network problems should go, about the rest, it is not excluded that it is an hardware fault.
