Good day - I have tried programming my T keys with some macros but they do not seem to work. I have loaded the software and the GUI for the keyboard. I record the macro and save it to the onboard memory as per the instructions. When I go into the game ( Starcraft2) and ask it to execute the macro ( in this case - build (B) supply depot(s) it does nothing. please help

Not a macro but if you need a particular code for a symbol. Try Start button and then run
type charmap
You will find all the symbols here and in the bottom right hand corner it shows the keystrokes for selected symbol.

hit your menu button. go down to setup. in the setup menu there is a tab for "Conversion Lens". make sure it is not set to "Close Up". i have mine set to off because i am not using any conversion lens.

You have to disable Office-Keys function by pressing the Office button (the first button on the upper row (to the left of the "Word" button).
You know that you have succeded when the Office-Keys LED light on the bottom of the keyboard is off.

First check the Device Manager and see if there is a problem with the device driver. If you see a yellow! or a redX, then right click on it and choose to update the driver. In fact you may just update the driver anyway, it will not hurt anything. If updating the driver does not work there is not much else you can do with a keyboard; they are pretty simple machines. You may have to just replace it.
