Different printers have the CD/DVD tray placed in different locations--some on the left side of the printer, some in the center, etc. Make sure, when you print the CD cover, that you select your own printer model from the choices listed...then it should print in the correct area. Good luck!
Under the printer settings pick tray 2 then pull down the list select cd/dvd, should do it, regards mark
