My primary monitor is a TV set with 100hz refresh rate, but ccc give me only ATI philips FTV with 60hz. is there special drivers

Open CCC, go to monitor properties/attributes, untick use extended display identification data and select the refresh rate manually.

Asus EAH5450 silent pci, i have this connected to a moniter and a tv, with tv connected there is no sound through the tv but sound still comes through pc desktop speakers??, how can i get sound from the tv?

To run a true 120 hz you need to run it through dvi the cable has to be dual layer dvi to a monitor any ways and your tv probly will always say 60hz and upscale to 120hz or 100 hz i would need to know what tv you are using to give more info
