My split system runs for about 8-10sec and is cool. It the stops and starts again for the sane time and again and then shuts down. It dies the same on heating and cooling. The fan in the compressor is running normal and is not struggling. I have checked the filters and have cleaned them, still no joy. Please can you advise me what else to do. My ac model is cs-a12ckp
