Where is the indicator to move from one pattern to another on the New Home mx 3123 ? The red light is on behind pattern 1.... How do you move it? Thanks!

It is the big knob on the right hand side below the bigger wheel that moves the needle bar up and down. You have to turn it clockwise to move the indicator to the right all the way to # 13 for straight stitch. It will make a loud click with every move. Make sure the needle is raised up because it jumps back and forth as you move the dial. When you make a buttonhole using pattern 1, when one finishes you turn the dial to #2 then back to #1 to reset the program. I have one right in front of me if you have more questions. This is an AWESOME machine and should never wear out :o)
