How to remove macrovision on Philips DVP3962 DVD player? Are there remote codes to disable macrovision on this player? I understand the macrovision can be disabled by grounding one pin on the NTSC chip. Anyone with advise?

Hi,
This sounds like a compatability issue.
If you buy a new DVD, you gotta buy a new T/V to go with it.
Alternatively, you could try a scart box and cable through that.
Or try outputting through the antenna via coax, see if any of these resolve your problems.
