Error code F3H on model GH5184XP - Whirlpool Microwave Ovens

  • Anonymous Apr 29, 2009

I don't have the model number with me, but I had that problem yesterday when I tried to reheat using "sauce." Then I just tried cooking, and although the timer set, no microwaves heated my sauce -- it was still cold.

F3H is a humidity sensor error.

You may be able to clear the error by unplugging the oven for a couple of minutes. Then plug it back in, reset the clock and try again.

If it still has the error after a reset, please write back so we can give you another suggestion.

We're happy to help you and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Error Code

I would recheck the control board installtion that you made, as well as verify that you got the correct replacement. Also the board may contain static sensitive componets so you might want to make sure you are grounded when handleing the control panel. Good luck

Microwave troubleshooting

I found the fix to the F3H error on another site. Just turn the power to the microwave off for ~2 minutes at the circuit breaker, and then turn it back on. Microwave will start working again then.
