How can I remove my Radio Flyer Big Wheel pedals? I read the directions wrong and inserted the bar incorrectly. PLEASE HELP!! THANKS!

    I was able to pry plastic pedals with screwdriver and then cut off with small pruning shears!

SOURCE: Pedals don't turn the front wheel.

You have to take off the tire, pull back the red cap along the pedal post and then pop the white plate off (small flathead screwdriver) to expose the inner hub off the wheel. There is a small metal plate with four screws...maybe the older kids snapped off the screws. You'll need a small flathead screwdriver, pliers or adjustable wrench and regular sized phillips screwdriver.
