Thats great that you are technician. This dew sensor locates near video head assy area. you need to find it urself. this sensor looks like black carbon pattern on white cemented plate or yellowish flexible base. Main thing is it has only 2 points and can be recognise easily. just remove it and place 1k or 820 ohms resistor there. I am not sure about resistor value because it depends on circuit requirement.
