i have lost the file,edit,view,history,bookmarks,tools,help...toolbars..i don't know how i get them all back..

That is the browser "menu bar", with dropdown menus for various tasks.

If the menu bar does not display, press the "Alt" key (if you are using Windows). That will restore the menu bar temporarily. You may then proceed to restore it permanently, by going to the menu bar and selecting: View > Toolbars > Menu bar
