Upon install process it makes it to about 8% then gives the following error code. So when I hit ok it closes it all out. I really need this software loaded and Adobe does not support this version anymore. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I suggest go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add remove programs.
Check and see if the program is in list and remove it. While in control panel go to system/Device Drivers check non have a yellow mark on them if so reinstall drivers or upgrade Reboot and try again.
