Turn off and unplug the machine you can open the front door open the exit side where the paper exits out gently remove paper the issue is caused by the upper fuser claws on the fuser unit they are worn
you will need to replace them or replace the fuser unit assembly as other internal parts in the fuser
may also be worn like the rollers
This should be done by a trained certified engineer
