It can be 2 problems: 1Too big granulation of grinded coffee(in this case we have cup filled fast and we have yellow and thin cream or traces of it) Adjust the grinding 2 Filter holders filter(where you put grinded coffee is broken) sometimes it brakes at curves and it is hard to see, wash it and inspect it carefully. if it is broken replace
SOURCE: Hi, got Kitchen Aid Artisan
Hi all, got a Artisan 5KPES100 and I'm not getting any water thru' the espresso boiler. Machine is making an occasional noise & sometimes just releasing a bit of steam thru' the espresso boiler, but no water. Have replaced the water pump, but still no water being drawn from the water tank. Hose is NOT kinked & there IS sufficient water in tank. Could it be the solenoid? Can I swap over the solenoids(coils) to check as frothing boiler is still producing water & steam? Any ideas would be magic.
