The 031300312f26 error alot upon warm up. We have found to fix this problem the best option is to push the print head back to its home position (far right) and unplugging the printer for 1 min or so (just to make sure its memory has lost all awarness we messed with it). Then plug it in and it goes fine... The problem we used to have is the same many of you are complaining about it drains ink like a vampire whenever you have to restart it. To cope with this we have upgraded our firmware which has drastically decreased the amount of ink we waist due to less cleaning and agitating functions. Hope this helps out someone it took us a while to get back any love for the canon but we are comming round again
or
replaced the ribbon cables from the controller to the carriage unit. Also had 03130031-2f26 intermitently. This is not a fun job but the problem has not returned
