I was on my computer, and had been for a while, when suddenly the screen went black and the computer was making very strange, loud noises. The computer then went into sleep mode and would not come back. So I turned the computer off and tried the next day, but the computer was STILL in sleep mode. Any help?
I have had similiar issues in the past. Try powering it down by un-plugging it from the back of the pc, wait at least 2 minutes before plugging it back in. After 2 minutes, plug it back in and power on the pc. Sometimes this helps.
