This is a common system error for the printer. This problem can usually be resolved by rebooting the printer. Turn off the printer by the main power switch. Leave it off for about 1 minute and then power it up again. Most of the time, this will clear the msg and allow normal function to resume. A lot of the time this error is not so much a problem as just a simple glitch. Good Luck
